The Next On The Tee program is open to any golfer — beginner or experienced — who wants access to quality, refurbished equipment. There is no income requirement, but we ask that all participants apply and participate in good faith.
Members who do not already have a set of clubs are eligible to receive one at no cost. We will provide all clubs we have in stock that match your profile, build a set, and ship it to you free of charge.
A complete bag includes up to 14 clubs. The exact contents depend on available inventory and your fitting profile. Partial sets are provided when a full bag is not yet available, and we will communicate the contents clearly before shipping. As inventory grows, members with partial sets will be matched to additional clubs.
To ensure the program remains available to as many members as possible, there are limits on how many clubs any single member can hold at one time.
Each member may hold up to 5 clubs from the program at any given time. This applies to all members regardless of membership tier or tenure.
If you wish to add a club beyond your 5-club limit, you have two options:
Members in good standing may exchange clubs from their set as their game develops, their physical needs change, or better-matched inventory becomes available.
All members — both new recipients and active golfers updating their bag — receive up to 5 free transactions per quarter. A transaction is defined as a single club exchange: returning one club and receiving one club in return.
Transactions beyond 5 per quarter are subject to a fee set by Tee Time LLC:
The exact fee within the $0.99–$1.99 range is set by Tee Time LLC based on club type, availability, and program conditions at the time of the transaction. All prices are set by Tee Time and are final.
If you need more than 5 transactions in a quarter, submit a special request through the portal. Approved special requests may exceed the quarterly limit and may be assigned a specific price point by Tee Time LLC at its sole discretion.

All equipment provided through Next On The Tee operates under a lease-to-own arrangement. This is not a loan, and it is not a sale — it is a simple recognition of how the program works and how members can take permanent ownership of their clubs.
The lease renews automatically each year or at the start of each golf season. Tee Time LLC will notify active members of renewal periods. Failure to respond to renewal communication may result in your set being returned to program inventory for another member's use.
Next On The Tee is designed to be as accessible as possible. The initial set and standard exchanges are free. Fees only apply when a member exceeds the quarterly free allowance.
Tee Time LLC retains sole authority to set, adjust, and communicate all pricing within this program. Prices are non-negotiable by individual members. Tee Time LLC reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to active members.
When a paid transaction is required, payment must be completed before the replacement club is shipped or made available. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of transaction.
We stand behind every club we send out. If you receive a club that is damaged or becomes damaged through a defect rather than use, we will work with you to make it right.
Before any club leaves our inventory, Tee Time LLC photographs the equipment. These photos are stored against your member record and serve as the reference point for any damage claim. This protects both you and us.
Members who sign up through the Tee Time Virtual Clubhouse can attach their bag directly to their profile. This unlocks the full matching experience — your clubs are tracked, and we can continuously suggest inventory that fits your game.
Your phone number and email are used exclusively for program communications — club matching, transaction confirmations, renewal notices, and damage claims. We do not sell, share, or use your contact information for marketing outside of the Next On The Tee program without your consent. For questions about your data, contact us at itisteetime18@gmail.com.
All paid transactions — including per-exchange fees and special request pricing — are non-refundable. Once a transaction has been processed and equipment has shipped, the fee is final.
If you are not satisfied with a club for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. The club will be returned to program inventory and your club slot will be freed for a new request. There is no penalty for a return within this window.
The Next On The Tee program places no monetary value on any individual club. Whether a club is brand new or decades old, our program treats all donated equipment equally — we assess it for playability, not for market price.

This program is built on trust. We ask every member to carry themselves accordingly.
Violations of these conduct expectations may result in immediate removal from the program, repossession of equipment, and a permanent ban from future participation. Tee Time LLC reserves the right to make these determinations at its sole discretion.
All equipment is provided in refurbished condition. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure clubs are safe and playable, Tee Time LLC makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the fitness, merchantability, or performance of any club beyond what is explicitly stated in these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tee Time LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation in this program, your use of program equipment, or any transaction conducted under these terms — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Tee Time LLC is not liable for any personal injury arising from the use of program equipment. Golf is a physical activity with inherent risks. By accepting equipment from this program, you acknowledge those risks and agree that Tee Time LLC bears no responsibility for injuries sustained during use.
In any event, Tee Time LLC's total liability to any member for any claim arising from this program shall not exceed the total amount paid by that member to Tee Time LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tee Time LLC, its owners, staff, and volunteers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of program equipment, your violation of these terms, or your conduct as a program member.
Tee Time LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Next On The Tee program at any time. Changes to these terms will be posted here and communicated to active members with reasonable advance notice where possible. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If the program is discontinued, active members will be notified and given a reasonable window to either retain their equipment under the lease-to-own arrangement or return it. Tee Time LLC will not seek recovery of equipment from members who have been in the program in good standing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Tee Time LLC is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, rather than litigation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These terms, together with any written communications from Tee Time LLC confirming your membership or specific transaction conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tee Time LLC regarding the Next On The Tee program.
